Refund Policy for Local SEO Services, Google Business Profiles, and Consultations:

We are confident in our abilities to deliver effective local SEO solutions, optimize Google Business Profiles, and offer insightful one-to-one consultations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Therefore, we have established the following refund policies:

  1. No-Question-Asked Refund: If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of engagement, we offer a no-question-asked refund. Simply contact our customer support team, and we will process your refund promptly.
  2. Guaranteed Results Refund: We are committed to delivering guaranteed results for your local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. If we fail to achieve the agreed-upon objectives or benchmarks outlined during the initial consultation, we will provide a refund for the portion of the services that did not meet the guaranteed results.a. Requirements for Eligibility: To be eligible for the guaranteed results refund, the following conditions must be met:
    • The client must have complied with all agreed-upon strategies, recommendations, and actions discussed during the consultation.
    • The client must have allowed a reasonable amount of time for the implemented changes to take effect.
    • The client must have provided us with access to the necessary accounts, profiles, and platforms to execute the agreed-upon services.
    b. Process for Refund: If you believe that the guaranteed results have not been achieved, you must notify us in writing within 60 days from the start of the engagement. We will conduct a thorough review of your case to determine eligibility for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days of the decision.

Please note the following important points:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase.
  • Any expenses incurred by the client during the engagement, such as advertising costs or third-party fees, will not be eligible for refund.
  • Our refund policies are applicable only to the services provided directly by Areaace. Third-party expenses or services obtained separately are not covered.
